In order to put my success training to good use you need to start by doing one simple thing.
When you see the same actor in different movies is the character role always the same....No...Unless it is a sequel.
Isn't Matt Damon the Same person who starred in both Good Will Hunting and The Bourne Identity?...Yes.
The point I am trying to make here is that you can immediately be whatever character you want. Pick the most successful person you know. They can be old, young, male, or a female, it doesn't matter. It can even be a made up person in your mind.......You just need to start acting! Acting as if you already are this person....This will take some time to brainwash yourself.....(It takes roughly 13 weeks to change a young sailor’s mindset into that of a SEAL).
It also takes time especially if you are going to be your own trainer....The way you start this process is by creating false Position Power....The way I started this technique was, I woke up every morning and looked in the mirror and started pretending that I was the CEO of the company I worked for...Even though I was just one of 30 junior sales people. As soon as I did this I immediately felt a sense of purpose and power. It became easier to talk with people, I wasn't socially awkward by trying to fit in, or fearing that I did not make a good impression....Do you know why, because your subconscious doesn't know the difference...Only or conscious does...Believe me your conscious will try and persuade you to stop acting...It doesn't like change.
This is how you will change!….The most successful people in the world either had this technique done to them through parents who knew….or by figuring it out on their own by continuous practicing.
The secret to this process is that it eliminates the Fear of Failure....but only temporarily....That is why you need to constantly remind yourself of "who" you are. It is like a prescription from your Dr. You need to take it every four hours everyday (including weekends) for roughly 20 weeks.
Everyone you come in contact with will see this new character.....You may get a few looks or confused faces but just keep reminding yourself that you are acting......You may ask, what if I get confronted for doing this.......That is next weeks lesson....Stay Tuned.
